Meeting Rooms

We have four meeting rooms that community members may reserve for events of all types. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Library and library-affiliated events take precedence as per meeting room policy.

The Broughton Room is a multipurpose space that accommodates up to 120 people. It comes equipped with tables and chairs that can be freely configured, video and audio systems, and a kitchenette. Broughton Room users also get access to an outdoor patio area. 

The Juniper Room is a conference-style space that seats up to 15 people and comes equipped with a table, chairs, a whiteboard, and a TV that can be used for digital presentations.

Both the Broughton and Juniper Rooms may be reserved up to three months in advance by people age 18 or over. You may schedule your meeting between the hours of 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM Monday-Friday and from 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM on Sunday. There is no charge for non-commercial use of the rooms. If you'd like to engage in commercial activities (e.g. buying/selling goods or services or holding events at which a fee is charged) in the rooms, there is a $20/hour charge, billable in half hour increments, with a one-hour minimum.

The two Study Rooms are small rooms located within the main portion of the library. The Study Room can comfortably seat up to 8 and the Sage Study Room can seat up to 10. They may be reserved up to three weeks in advance by individuals of any age and are available anytime the library is open. No commercial activity is permitted in the study rooms.

Call, email, or visit the library to check meeting room availability and to reserve the room.

If you reserve a meeting room by phone or email, you will need to complete and sign a Meeting Room Contract within six business days. Library staff will email or fax you a copy of the contract by request.

Everyone who uses the meeting room must follow the Meeting Room Policy and the Code of Conduct. Meeting room keys must be signed out during library business hours. You are responsible for cleaning up the room when you are finished.
