Record Number 217-25-000233-PLNG (original) and 217-25-000233-PLNG-01 (appeal) – Central Oregon LandWatch submitted an appeal to the administrative approval of a nonfarm dwelling submitted by Kilpatrick Consulting LLC (agent) on behalf of Duke and Dana Settle (owner). The subject property is addressed as 2901 SE Myrtlewood Lane and map tax lot number 1816040005300.
The continuation is being held pursuant to: Crook County Code (“CCC”) 18.172.110 (Administration Provisions - Appeals).
The application is subject to: CCC 18.16 Exclusive Farm Use Zones (EFU-1), Crook County Comprehensive Plan and Oregon Revised Statutes.

The hearing is being held pursuant to: Crook County Code (“CCC”) 18.172 (Administration Provisions).
The application is subject to: CCC 18.16 Exclusive Farm Use Zones (EFU-3), CCC 18.124 Supplementary Provisions, ORS 215.283, ORS 215.275, and Crook County Comprehensive Plan.

The hearing will be conducted pursuant to CCC 18.172.081. Interested members of the public may provide oral testimony in favor, opposed, or neutral to the applications. Failure to raise an issue in the hearing, in person or by letter, or failure to provide sufficient specificity to afford the decision maker an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes an appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals based on that issue.
