Our perinatal care coordinator is here to support all pregnant people in Crook County. They can help you: 

• Oregon Health Plan Enrollment
• WIC enrollment
• Finding a doctor for your pregnancy
• Connection to Nurse Family Support Services
• Counseling
• Dental
• Transportation
• Childbirth classes
• Other community resources

There are also tobacco cessation services specifically for pregnant people through the QUITLINE.

The Oregon Tobacco Quitline Pregnancy Program will send you Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) for 8 weeks to 12 weeks, and 7 counseling sessions. Please call (1-800-784-8669) for more information.
