IT'S SUMMER READING PROGRAM TIME!   In June and July, programs for three age groups (3 and up, 7-11, and teens) will offer a calendar full of storytelling, crafts, entertainment, films games, and prizes.

Welcome to the Crook County Library website

The Crook County Library's slogan is "Experience the Journey" and you are invited to do that with a variety of resources and services. The collection includes over 59,000 items: books, magazines, newspapers, videos, DVDs, reference materials, and books and music on both audiocassette and CD. Interlibrary loans are encouraged for those items not found in the stacks. There is a free paperback and magazine exchange as well.

Cards are issued free to anyone with identification showing residency in the county. Borrowers from Deschutes and Jefferson Counties are also eligible for free cards.
