Notice is hereby given that the Crook County Planning Commission will hold a public meeting at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, to consider the following: |

The principal subject(s) anticipated to be discussed are: Record Number 217-25-000293-PLNG – Thomas Alexander (owner) and Acom Consulting Inc (agent) are proposing a telecommunication facility. The subject property is located on SW Williams Rd, north of Hwy 126 and is identified as map tax lot number 1514140000100. A notice of public hearing and location maps were mailed to all affected property owners, and to the appropriate entities and public agencies 20 days prior to the initial evidentiary hearing. |

A copy of the staff report will be available at https://co.crook.or.us/planning-commission seven days prior to the hearing at no cost. A copy of the application, all documents, and evidence relied upon by the applicant along with the applicable criteria are available for inspection at no cost and copies will be provided at reasonable cost in accordance with the County’s fee schedule. Please contact the Planning Division at (541)447-3211, ext. 1 or plan@crookcountyor.gov to schedule a time to inspect or to request copies. Documents are also available on the planning commission’s website at no cost: https://co.crook.or.us/planning-commission. Failure to raise an issue in the hearing, in person or by letter, or failure to provide sufficient specificity to afford the decision maker an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes an appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals based on that issue. |
