INVITATION TO SUBMIT BIDS
Non-Preference Towing Rotation Services Contract
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Crook County is seeking qualified proposals under ORS
279B.070 for an updated non-preference towing rotation services program. The program is
modeled on the Oregon State Police program under OAR Chapter 257-050, and would
create a pool of qualified towing operators who are capable providing vehicle towing services
through a rotation. Proposals will be received until Friday, May 30, 2025, at 5:00
p.m., according to the official clock located in the Crook County Administration Office.
Each proposal may be delivered by mailed to: RFP-Towing Services, Attn: County Counsel,
300 N.E. Third Street, Prineville, Oregon 97754; by email to
Alex.Solterbeck@CrookCountyOR.gov; or hand delivered in an envelope marked “RFP –
Towing Services” to Crook County Administration Office, 203 NE Court Street, Prineville,
OR 97754 on or before the deadline.
Award is expected to be made by Wednesday, June
18, 2025.
